Najuma A.

Founder & CEO

As a thought leader in the Forbes Coaches Council, Najuma is passionate about encouraging others to use their full spiritual, intellectual and creative capital to create environments of engagement.  Across her career, she has founded international mission-driven organizations, coached and consulted government leaders at level of Prime Minister, and advised on the overall strategic direction of multiple organizations.

Najuma is a passionate international executive coach focused on transformational leadership, having worked across the US, New Zealand, Australia, Philippines, Cook Islands and Solomon Islands.  Focused on transforming the idea of culture and character development, she has built two international learning and development organizations and led development of a virtues-based movement across 20+ pacific island countries.

Rebecca S.  

Director of Community Impact

 An ordained clergyperson in the United Church of Christ, Becky brings to SOULCHI her passion for community-building, social justice, and creating collaborative spaces—particularly among diverse faith communities. Her touchstone is joy—inviting individuals and organizations to work together that all might know joy, that all might live life to its fullest, that no one is left behind.  

 

Becky holds a BS in Philosophy & Religion from MacMurray College and a Masters of Divinity degree from Eden Theological Seminary. 

Anoussa S.

Director of the United Nations Partnerships

Before joining SOULCHI, she worked with the city government on public healthcare research and management and was an Advisor at the United Nations, where she supported UN processes related to sustainable development and led regional and global engagements on development and human rights issues. She is passionate about helping new companies and organizations focus on Sustainable Development Goals and maximize their social impact. Anoussa fosters inclusive dialogue between stakeholders and strengthens engagement between non-state actors and international policymakers. 

 

She holds a BA in Political Science and History from Fordham University and an MS in Global Affairs from New York University. 

Christopher W.

Vice President of Sales

For over three decades, Christopher has been fostering growth in technology organizations from startups to Fortune 500 organizations. He has developed sales, marketing and product organizations in the US and abroad. He has been recognized by companies such as SAP and AT&T for outstanding leadership and for his focus on innovation and customer success.

 Christopher is passionate about helping organizations to implement purposeful and virtuous leadership and also serves on the board of directors for a charity that fights a rare and devastating kidney disease. 

​

Christopher holds a BA in Philosophy and Computer Science from Boston College and has attended Universite de Grenoble's Business Studies program.
